You know it is that time of year that is full of fun things and awful things. Halloween brings a time for kids and adults to dress up as their favorite character or thing. Most people act silly. It is also that awful time when kids get way too much candy and throw more fits than usual because of the candy. Thank goodness Halloween is almost over!
